DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF HIGH-FLUIDITY AND SUPER-LOW DRYING SHRINKAGE CONCRETES FOR FAIR-FACED CONCRETE WALLS USING A NEW HYBRID ADMIXTURE

چکیده
New type admixtures were developed for High-fluidity and Super-low shrinkage concretes with water-cement ratio of 40-55%. Properties fresh hardened using these studied by laboratory test. concretes, such as strength durability investigated experimentally. Furthermore, effects reducing restraining cracks verified test on drying cracking restrained concrete. More than 10% drying-shrinkage reduction was obtained super-low concrete one compared to ordinary This applied a fair-faced wall building in Hyogo.

development of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles
a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
prediction method of drying shrinkage crack in reinforced concrete walls
because thin plate reinforced concrete members such as walls and slabs are greatly influenced by the drying shrinkage, cracks can occur in these members due to the restraint of the volume change caused by drying shrinkage. therefore, the control of cracking due to drying shrinkage is very important in building construction that the thin plate members are frequently used. however, few researches...

ESTIMATING DRYING SHRINKAGE OF CONCRETE USING A MULTIVARIATE ADAPTIVE REGRESSION SPLINES APPROACH
In the present study, the multivariate adaptive regression splines (MARS) technique is employed to estimate the drying shrinkage of concrete. To this purpose, a very big database (RILEM Data Bank) from different experimental studies is used. Several effective parameters such as the age of onset of shrinkage measurement, age at start of drying, the ratio of the volume of the sample on its drying...
